Golden Spray
This tufted golden weeping grass like plant stays lush all year round; in summer small fragrant yellow flower spikes emerge within the plant.
POSITION: Grows in full sun to shaded areas and is adaptable to most well drained soils.
CONDITIONS: Soil pH: 4.5 to 7.0
Soil preparation: Soil can range from quite acid to alkaline in pH levels, it is important to have good soil preparation to gain the best results when planting natives. This improves the water-holding capacity of the soil and for young plants, once established, will have lower water requirements.

CARE: This very hardy compact tufted plant requires little maintenance. It is best to initially feed with a slow release low phosphorus fertilizer to help establish the plant when first planted. Mulching around the base of the plant will help retain moisture and suppress weeds.
USES: Golden Spray's attractive golden foliage and compact weeping habit is the perfect choice for low borders. Golden Spray provides contrast in landscapes and gardens, making it an extremely versatile plant to provide an accent colour for gardens and landscapes.
